Data we process

Data you choose to send us (name, email, phone, message) when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Bookings are made on the Salonkee platform, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Only with your consent: browsing data via Google Analytics and Google Ads (see the cookie policy).

Purposes and legal basis

Answering your requests and arranging your appointment (pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract).

Measuring site traffic and the effectiveness of our ads (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 3 years. Analytics data is kept for the periods set out in the cookie policy.

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Salonkee) strictly within their remit. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at thewhitelotus@outlook.be.
